- Budget development and maintenance
- Schedule creation and maintenance
- Location coordination: locate and secure vendor, assist with menu planning and decor strategy
- Decorations: locate and secure vendors, assist in selection of decor elements and arrangement, pick-up and return of rented items
- Caterer: locate and secure vendor, attend tasting, assist in menu selection, coordinate set-up and execution of meal, provide clean-up assistance
- Photographer/Videographer: locate and secure vendor, assist with image checklist, review location options, coordinate picture schedule, ensure key images are captured, review final proofs and aid in image ordering
- Invitations: locate and secure vendor, assist with design and wording, coordinate production and delivery, assist with addressing and mailing, collect RSVP cards, track guest count
- Music: locate and secure vendor, review play list options, coordinate arrival and set-up
- Speeches: assist with speech creation, develop written and approved toasts for those participating, "feed" speech if necessary
- Tourist Planning: assist with out-of-town guest planning, provide activity options, develop schedule of events for guests, arrange travel, act as in-city guide for guests as needed
Additional hours for event consulting: $30
